This super yummy mango falooda recipe is an indian dessert with layers
of falooda sev, milk, basil seeds, mango puree and mango chunks layered in a
tall glass. It is a delight to eat and is one of the best dishes made using
mango.

INGREDIENTS:
*Sabja seeds/ basil seeds- 2 tbsp
*Falooda sev- 1 cup
*Mango jelly- 1 pkt
*Fresh mango chunks- 1 cup
*Fresh mango puree- 1 cup
*Milk- 1 cup
*Sugar- 2 tbsp
*Cashewnuts- 10-12 pcs (broken into pieces)
*Mango icecream- 2 cups
*Tutti frutti- optional
*Tall falooda glasses
PROCEDURE:
*Take tall falooda glasses and refrigerate until use, this will ensure
that your falooda is chilled throughout.
*Soaking Sabja seeds: Take a small bowl and soak sabja seeds in water
and refrigerate this too until use.
*Boiling Falooda sev: Take a sauce pan, add 2 cups of water and let it
boil. When it comes to a boil, add the sev and cook until it's done. Strain the
sev and refrigerate the sev.
*Jelly: Prepare jelly according to the instructions given in the pack
and let it set it plates. Once set cut jelly into small cubes and set aside.
*The Assembly:
*Take the glasses, add a tbsp of sev, followed by sabja seeds.
*Now place some mango chunks and some cashewnuts.
*Pour around ¼ cup milk, add mango puree.
*Top it off with mango icecream and mango jelly.
*Garnish it with some cashewnuts and tutti frutti.

TIPS:
*If you don’t have falooda sev, you can use normal vermicelli.
*If fresh mangoes are unavailable in your area, you could completely
use store bought packed mango puree.
*You can substitute mango icecream with vanilla icecream.
