FALOODA
Ingredients:-
1.
Chilled Milk – 1 Glass.
2.
Soaked Sabja Seeds – 1 Small Bowl.
3.
Boiled Vermicelli – 1 Small Bowl.
4.
Tuti Frooti – 1 Small Bowl.
5.
Cashew Nuts – 1 Tbsp (Broken Into Small Pieces).
6.
Kishmish – 1 Tbsp.
7.
Orange Flavored Jelly –1 Small Bowl.
8.
Vanilla
Ice-Cream – 3 Scoops.
9.
Strawberry Syrup – 1 Cup.
10.
Cherries (For Garnishing)

Sugar – 3 Tsp.
Method:-
Take the chilled milk, add sugar and strawberry syrup; mix
well; Chill it again. The proportion should be 1 glass of milk + 1 Tbsp of
strawberry syrup and 3 tsp of sugar. Take tall Falooda Glasses; pour 2 Tsp of
milk; now add ½ Tsp of Sabja seeds, put some boiled vermicelli over it. Now add
2 or 3 pieces of jelly. Add 2 Tsp of milk once again. Add a scoop of ice-cream.
Add some more Sabja seeds. Sprinkle some more chopped dry fruits. Pour some
more milk. Top with a whole cherry. Serve immediately.
