A classic South-Indian breakfast recipe, Onion uttapam. A dosa variety served in South-Indian hotels. It's slightly thicker than the normal dosa and also has onion and coriander leaves sprinkled on it. I usually make this recipe with leftover Idli Batter or leftoverDosa Batter. You can alternatively make a batter for this similar to the dosa batter but a little thicker. You can even add toppings of your choice. Try this kids-special recipe and let me know how it turned out.
