Quick Pineapple Sundae

QUICK PINEAPPLE SUNDAE

 

INGREDIENTS:

 Pineapple ice cream = ½ ltr

 Fresh pineapple puree =  1 cup

 Fresh pineapple chunks = 1 cup [peeled & chopped]

 Plain vanilla soft cake = 50 gms

 Tutti fruuti = for garnishing

 Mixed fruit jam = 1 tbsp

 

SERVES- 6

 

METHOD:

1. Take plain cake in a dry bowl and crumble.

2. Take suitable dessert glasses and put a layer of crumbled vanilla.

3. Now pour a tbsp. of pineapple puree over it.

4. Top it up with a scoop of pineapple ice cream and level it up.

5. Sprinkle some pineapple chunks.

6. Repeat the layers until you reach the rim of the glass.

7. Garnish with tutti fruuti & a generous dollop of fruit jam. Serve chilled.

     Easy to assemble and loved by kids
