We bring to you healthy, indulgent and yumm 3 Ingredient Banana Popsicle recipe which is made without any sugar, no cream or condensed milk is added and is quick and easy to make. And the best part.... you can customise flavours using berries, seasonal fruits, coffee, cocoa, matcha or any flavour you prefer. You can even coat it with melted chocolate of your choice. The flavour combinations are endless. These Popsicles are great for introducing it to toddlers as they are indulgent even without added white sugar. Ingredients:

  • Ripe bananas- 4-5 nos (large)
  • Honey- 2 tbsp (depending on the sweetness of banana)
  • Milk- 1/2 cup
  • Garnish of your choice- I've used choco chips

Procedure:

  • Take bananas. Peel them and add it to a blender jar. Make sure to use ripe ones, the ones with almost black peel, as these bananas are very sweet and don't require much additional sweeteners. Blend it to a fine puree.

  • Add honey and some milk of your choice. Blend it again.

  • Check for sweetness and add more honey if needed.
  • Pour them in icecream moulds and let it freeze. You can even use small steel glasses and poke a stick after it is semi-solid. You can even use paper cups too. Let it set overnight.

  • There you go, my friends. Delicious, indulgent and healthy Banana Popsicles are ready. Garnish it according to your choice and serve right away.
  • At this stage, you can even dip them in melted dark chocolate, it's optional you can have it as it is.
