White Sauce Maggi Recipe | Maggi In White Sauce

Who doesn't want a fancy restaurant-style dish which gets ready in under 10 mins. We have for you quick and cheesy white sauce maggi recipe. Instant noodles (here I have used Maggi) is cooked in a creamy bechamel sauce flavoured which chilli flakes and loaded with cheese. INGREDIENTS:

  • Butter- 1 tbsp
  • Maida- 2 tbsp
  • Milk- 2 cups
  • Salt- 1/2 tsp
  • Maggi noodles- 2 cubes
  • Chilli flakes- 1/2 tsp
  • Frozen corn- 2 tbsp
  • Cheese- 2 tbsp (grated)

PROCEDURE:

  • Heat butter in a pan, add maida to it and fry it for a min while stirring continuously. Make sure to not burn the maida while cooking.
  • Now gradually add milk while stirring continuosly.
  • Add salt, frozen corn, chilli flakes and mix well.
  • Allow the milk to come to a boil, You'll notice that the sauce thickens up by now.
  • Now add the maggi cubes and allow it to cook.
  • Once the maggi is cooked to 80%, add the cheese and lower the flame.
  • Switch off the flame once the cheese melts. Mix the cheese gently.
  • Your creamy white sauce maggi is ready, Serve it hot right away.
