How much mango is too much mango? For me there is no such thing as too much mango, we all love mangoes. And I love experimenting with it's flavors. So, I bring to you Creamy Mango Pudding recipe. I've used frozen mango pulp for this recipe, you can use fresh mangoes when in season. Try this recipe and follow us for more.
INGREDIENTS:
- Milk- 2 cups
- Sugar- 1/2 cup
- Mango puree- 1 cup
- Mango tang- 2 tbsp
- Cornflour- 2 tbsp
- Milk powder- 2 tbsp
- Sliced cherries
- Tutti frutti
PROCEDURE:
- Add a sauce-pan add milk to it and allow to come to a boil.
- Now simmer the flame, add sugar and milk powder and mix well.
- Take some milk from the pan in a bowl, add cornflour to it and mix well. Pour it back to the simmering milk.
- Add mango puree and mango tang to it, and stir continuously until it gets thick.
- Once the pudding gets thick, check for sugar, add more sugar if needed.
- Remove it in katoris greased with ghee.
- Tap it and let it come to room temperature before refrigerating for 2-3 hrs.
- Demould the pudding in a plate and garnish with cherry slices and tutti frutti. Serve chilled.
