Choco Almond Cups

Are you craving a chocolatey, delicious dessert, yet don't have the time to make a cake? Then rest assured. We've got the easiest, tastiest decadent Chocolate almond pudding cups. Tastes best when chilled, the decadent creamy pudding along with the roasted almond crunch is the best thing you need to try. Try this decadent pudding, i'm sure kids are going to love it.

INGREDIENTS:
*Milk- 2 cups
*Sugar- 1/2 cup (more or less according to your taste)
*Cocoa powder- 1/4 cup 
*Cornflour- 1/4 cup
*Chopped milk chocolate- 1 cup
*Almonds- 5-6 nos

PROCEDURE:
Preparing Roast Almonds:
*Roast almonds on a tawa in a low flame until it turns slight brown.
*Switch off the flame and let it cool.
*Chop the almonds roughly and set aside.

Preparing the pudding:
*Heat milk in a pan, when it starts to boil simmer it.
*Add sugar to it and stir well to dissolve the sugar.
*Now add the chopped chocolate and allow it to melt, this might take a few minutes. Make sure you use Good-quality chocolate compound, as it yields a silky creamy pudding and melts beautifully when cooked.
*When the chocolate has dissolved, add the chopped almonds to it and mix well.
*Take a bowl, add cocoa powder and cornflour to it.
*Add a portion of the simmering milk to it and mix well removing all the lumps.
*Add the cocoa mixture back to the simmering milk.
*Set the flame to medium while stirring the pudding continuously.
*Make sure you mix it properly, so that no lumps are formed.
*Switch off the flame and pour the pudding in bowls of your choice, i used small ones as i prefer small servings.
*Decorate with some more chopped almonds.
*Place it in the refrigerator for min. 1 hour.
*Serve this decadent pudding chilled. Enjoy!
