INGREDIENTS:
*Boiled vermicelli- 1 cup
*Sabja seeds- 2 tsp (soaked in 1 cup water)
*Vanilla icecream- 1/2 ltr
*Strawberry jelly- 1 cup (cut into cubes)
*Strawberry syrup- 1 cup
*Chopped dry fruits- 2 tbsp (Of your choice)
For Flavored Milk:
*Milk- 1 cup
*Strawberry syrup- 2 tbsp
*Sugar- 2 tbsp
PROCEDURE:
*Refrigerate boiled and strained vermicelli, soaked sabja, and jelly cubes.
*Heat milk in a vessel, add sugar and condensed milk.
*Mix well and let it come to a boil.
*Let it cool down and add strawberry syrup to it.
*Refrigerate for 2 hrs.
ASSEMBLY:
*Take long falooda glasses and add 2 tbsp of strawberry syrup to it.
*Add 2 tbsp of chilled vermicelli and a layer of sabja seeds.
*Now add 3-4 tbsp of chilled milk and a layer of jelly.
*Now place a dollop of icecream on it.
*Drizzle some strawberry syrup on it, and garnish with dry fruits.
