INGREDIENTS:
*Plain Vanilla sponge cake- 1 cup (cut into cubes)
*Milk- 1 cup
*Sugar- 2 tbsp
*Custard powder- 3 tbsp
*Cocoa powder- 1 tbsp
*Chopped milk chocolate- 1/4 cup
*Bourbon biscuits- 10 nos
*Silver balls- for decoration
*Chocolate shavings- for decoration
PROCEDURE:
*Heat milk in a pan.
*Add sugar to it and mix we.
*Now dissolve cocoa powder and custard powder in 1/4 cup milk.
*Simmer the boiling milk and add the cocoa custard mixture.
*Remove from flame and let it cool.
*Meanwhile powder buscuits in a blender jar.
*Add the custard mixture to the biscuits jar.
*Blend till it turns smooth and light.
*Set it aside.
*Take long dessert glasses, add cut cake and add some tang juice to moisten it.
*Now add the custard mixture to fill the glass.
*Level it up and let it set in the fridge for atleast 2 hrs.
*Garnish the pudding with chocolate shavings and silver balls.
