Bajji platter

We bring to you three street style bajji recipes. These bajjis are perfect for iftars. We have Raw banana bajji, Potato bajji and Aloo pyaz pakora. Try these bajji recipes and let me know in the comments how it turned out.

INGREDIENTS:
*Besan- 1 cup
*Salt- to taste
*Red chilly powder- 1 tsp
*Cooking soda- 1 pinch
*Hing- 1 generous pinch 
*Chaat masala- 1/2 tsp
*Jeera powder- 1/2 tsp
*Ginger garlic paste- 1tsp

For Bajji:
*Raw banana slices- 5-6 nos
*Potato slices- 5-6 nos

For Aloo pyaz pakora:
*Potato- 2 tbsp (Finely sliced)
*Onion- 2 tbsp (finely sliced)
*Coriander leaves- 1 tsp

PROCEDURE:
*Take a large mixing bowl, add all the ingredients listed under the batter.
*Mix well using a whisk and add little water if required and make a thick batter.
*Make sure to not make a runny batter.

For the bajjis:
*Heat oil in a kadhai.
*Dip raw banana and potato slices one by one and coat in batter completely.
*Now gently add the coated slices one by one into the hot oil.
*Fry until golden.
*Remove it in a plate and drain it on tissues.

For the Pakora:
*In the leftover bajji batter, add all the ingredients for the pakora.
*Mix and shape it into small pakoras. 
*Deep fry until crisp and golden.
*Your Bajji and pakora platter is ready. Serve hot with ketchup.
