FISH FRY 65

 

Fish 65 is a crispy and delicious starter recipe prepared with a spicy marinated fish and is deep fried. We bring to you the easiest recipe to make Restaurant style Fish 65 at home in a hygenic way. Try this recipe and let me know in the comments how it turned out.

 


INGRDIENTS:

*Fish slices- 500 gms (washed and drained)

*Oil- for frying

For the marinade:

*Ginger-garlic paste- 2 tbsp

*Cornflour- 1 tbsp

*Salt- to taste

*Red chili powder- 1 ½ tsp (more or less according to your taste)

*Chicken masala- 2 tsp

*Zeera powder- 1 tsp

 


PROCEDURE:

*Mix all the ingredients under marinade.

*Apply the marinade all over the fish both sides.

*Arrange in a tray and allow to marinate for atleast 1 hr.

*If you fry immediately, there are chances that the masala comes off the fish.

*Heat oil in a kadhai to medium hot oil.

*Place the fish slices in hot oil and fry on both sides till golden-brown.

*Don’t over-crowd the kadhai.

*Two pieces of fish in oil is the best bet.

*Don’t over-cook the fish else your fish fry will be dense and rubbery.

*Serve hot with onion rings and lemon wedges.
