Baking time- 2 mins
INGREDIENTS:
*All-purpose flour- 8 tbsp
*Baking powder- ½ tsp
*Sugar- 4 tbsp
*Oil/ melted butter- ½ tbsp.
*Milk- 5 tbsp
*Vanilla essence- ¼ tsp
*Salt- a pinch
*Colours of your choice
*Rainbow sprinkles
PROCEDURE:
*Mix all the ingredients in a bowl except food colour and sprinkles.
*Divide the batter equally in three- four bowls depending on how many
colours you have.
*Add a small drop of colour and mix well.
*Take a ceramic mug and pour a tsp batter of each colour.
*Make sure that the colours overlap each other.
*Fill the mug 2/3 rd with batter.
*Microwave the mugs for about 2 mins.
*Voila! Rainbow mug cakes are ready.
