A creamy and rich laddu
recipe made with evaporated milk solids or semi-solid paneer. it is easy and
simple to prepare without any complicated ingredients involved to make this.

INGREDIENTS
*Milk powder- 1
cup
*Milk- ¼ cup
*Ghee – 2 Tbsp
*Fresh Grated Paneer
/ Fresh Mashed Chenna – 150 gms
* Cardamom Powder –
¼ Tsp
*Powdered Sugar – ¾
Cup
*Raisins - For
Decoration
*Ghee – For Greasing
PROCEDURE:
*In a pan, add
milk powder, milk and ghee.
*Mix well to a
lump free consistency.
*Switch on the
flame and cook the mixture stirring continuously.
*You will notice
that the mixture has started to thicken.
*Keep mixing using
a spatula.
*After a few mins,
the mixture turns glossy.
*Cook till the
mixture leaves the sides of the pan and holds shape.
*Add grated
paneer, mix well.
*cook for another
5 minutes.
*Add cardamom powder,
mix well and switch off the flame.
*Let the mixture
cool down completely.
*Add Powdered
sugar to it and mix well using your hand.
*Shape them into
small laddus.
* Roll them well
to avoid any cracks on it.
*Decorate using
raisins, you can Add Any nuts of your choice.
*Malai Laddu is
ready.
