MOIST CHOCOLATE CAKE

 

A moist and squidgy chocolate cake recipe made without eggs. Perfect for every occasion, any celebration or just simply cause you crave it. This homemade chocolate cake made absolutely eggless is a treat for kids and adults alike.

 


INGREDIENTS:

*Condensed milk- ½ cup

*Powdered sugar- ½ cup

*Cooking oil- ½ cup

*All- purpose flour- 1 cup

*Cocoa powder- ¼ cup

*Instant coffee powder- 1 tsp

*Baking powder- 1 tsp

*Baking soda- ¼ tsp

*Milk- ½ cup

 

For decoration:

*Chocolate ganache- ½ cup

PROCEDURE:

*Take a large mixing bowl, add condensed milk, oil and sugar. Mix until it reaches a smooth consistency.

*Place a sieve and sieve together flour, baking powder, soda and coffee powder.

*Mix using cut and fold method while adding milk gradually and mixing.

*Do not overmix the batter, pour this batter in a greased and lined tin.

*Tap to remove air bubbles. Place in a preheated kadhai and bake on medium flame for about 25-30 mins.

*Once done, let the cake cool completely.

*Demould the cake.


*Moisten the cake using some sugar syrup.

*Spread some chocolate ganache on the cake and smooth out the edges.

*Decorate the cake using sprinkles or any way you like.

*Chocolate cake is ready, serve chilled.
