A wholesome, yet tasty breakfast. This paratha is sure to make fussy
kids finish their food. My kids love it, and it was an instant hit. Try this

INGREDIENTS:
*Whole-wheat flour- 2 cups
*Spinach- 1 cup {finely chopped}
*Salt- to taste
*Garam masala powder- ¼ tsp
*Chicken masala- 1 tsp
*Potatoes- 2 {boiled and finely mashed}
*Curd- 1 cup
*Chilli flakes- 1tsp
*Black pepper powder- 1 tsp
*Oil- 1 tsp
*Ghee- for cooking parathas
PROCEDURE:
*Take flour in a large mixing bowl.
*Add all the dry ingredients and give it a good mix.
*Now add chopped palak and mix well.
*Add curd and knead into a soft yet firm dough. Sprinkle water if
necessary.
*Add oil and knead well.
*Cover it with a cloth and let it rest for 30 mins.
*Now grease the board with oil, make small balls of the dough and set
aside.
*Heat a cast iron tawa over medium flame.
*Now roll out the parthas carefully and transfer it into the hot tawa.
*Turn it once or twice and cook it well applying ghee on both sides.
*Apply ghee liberally, kids just love the flavor.
*Serve hot along with some ketchup and mayonnaise.
*The best part about this paratha is that it's easy to prepare and doesn’t
need a side dish to go with it.
