Veg Fried Rice with Mushroom Masala

INGREDIENTS:
*Onion- 1 no (medium sized, sliced)
*Oil- 1 tbsp
*Garlic- 1 tbsp (chopped)
*Boiled Corn- 1/2 cup
*Carrot- 1 no (cut into jullienes)
*Spring Onions- 1/2 cup
*Salt- to taste
*Sugar- 1 tsp
*Red chilli flakes- 1 tsp
*Pepper powder- 1 tsp
*Soy sauce- 1 tbsp
*Vinegar- 1 tbsp
*Ketchup- 1 tbsp
*Cooked Rice- 2 cups
PROCEDURE:
*Heat oil in a vessel, add garlic to it and fry till golden-brown.
*Add sliced onions to it and fry till translucent.
*Now add chopped, washed and drained carrot, boiled peas and salt.
*Allow it to cook while stirring in intervals.
*Add sugar to it and mix well.
*Now add all the sauces and spices amd mix well.
*Now add cooked rice to it and mix gently.
*Simmer for sometime or you caneven microwave it for 3-4 mins.
*Check for seasoniong and add salt and pepper if needed.
*Serve veg fried rice hot along with Mushroom masala.
