Watermelon Cooler

  




Summers and Ramadan, which means new ways to rehydrate yourself. Watermelon is a very refreshing fruit. Loaded with huge water content, it's perfect for iftars. Watermelon juice is the best way to rehydrate yourself. Give this recipe a try and let me know in the comments how it turned out.

 

INGREDIENTS:

*Watermelon cubes- 2 cups

*Sugar- 2tbsp

*Salt- a pinch

*Chaat masala powder- 1 tsp

*Lemon juice- 1 tbsp

*Fresh mint leaves- ½ cup

*Water- ½ cup

 


PROCEDURE:

*Take a blender jar, add all the ingredients except water,

*Blend until it turns smooth and foamy.

*Strain the juice using a strainer and mix water.

*Refrigerate the juice and serve chilled.

*Summer cooler watermelon juice is ready.
