INGREDIENTS:
*Vanilla Sponge cake- 1 cup (Broken in small pieces)
*Chocolate Ice-cream- 2 cups
*Rainbow sprinkles- for decoration
For Fudge Sauce-
*Chopped dark chocolate- 1/4 cup
*Chopped milk chocolate- 1/4 cup
*Milk- 1/4 cup
PROCEDURE:
*In a bowl, add the chopped chocolates and milk.
*Microwave it for 2 mins while stirring in 30 sec intervals.
*When completely melted, it turns shiny. Set it aside.
*In a ice-cream bowl, add a layer of cake pieces, then pour the hot fudge sauce on it such that the cake soaks the sauce completely.
*Now add generous scoops of chocolate ice-cream.
*Now pour some hot fudge sauce on it, garnish it with sprinkles.
*Serve immediately. Enjoyy!
