QUICK CHOCOLATE MUG CAKE

 

Quick, lazy yet tasty chocolate mug cake recipe. Ready in under 5 mins. Made using biscuits and just tastes heavenly. Try this recipe and let me know in the comments how it turned out.

 


INGREDIENTS:

*Oreo cookies- 10 biscuits

*Parle-g biscuits- 10 biscuits

*Marie gold biscuits- 10 biscuits

*Cocoa powder- 2 tbsp

*Sugar- 3 tbsp

*Milk- 1 cup

*Baking powder- 1 tsp

 

 


PROCEDURE:

*Grind all the biscuits to a fine powder.

*You can use any one brand out of the three, or even use a combination of any of your favorite biscuits.

*These are my set of favorite biscuits and these taste heavenly when combined.

*Now add sugar, cocoa powder and baking powder to the biscuits powder.

*Mix well until combined.

*Now add mix gradually and mix using cut and fold method.

*Don’t overmix as the cakes turn rubbery when you do so.

*Pour this silky batter halfway in microwave-safe mugs.

*Take care to not fill the mugs more than half, as the batter will flow out during baking.

*Microwave the mugs for 2 mins on high power.

*Chocolatey mug cake is ready, tastes best when served warm.
