Easy and tasty chocolate cake made with parle-g biscuits and dark
chocolate, and covered with a rich CHOCOLATE GANACHE. Try this recipe and let

INGREDIENTS:
*Parle-g biscuits- 2 packets (70 gms each)
*Powdered sugar- 2 tbsp
*Vanilla essence- ½ tsp
*Milk- as required to make the batter
*Chopped dark chocolate- ¾ cup
*Baking powder- 1 tsp
*CHOCOLATE GANACHE- ½ cup
*White chocolate- for decoration
PROCEDURE:
*Take the parle-g biscuits and sugar in a mixer jar and make it to a
fine powder.
*Remove it in a bowl, add baking powder and vanilla essence.
*Mix well and add milk little by little gradually to get the desired
consistency of batter.
*Melt chopped dark chocolate in a double-boiler and mix the melted chocolate and batter using cut and fold until well incorporated.
*Pour this batter to a greased and lined mould. Tap well to remove air
bubbles.
*Bake this cake in a preheated kadhai on low flame for 30 mins.
*Check if done using a clean toothpick. If it comes out clean, then it's
done.
*Let the cake cool down and then demould the cake.
*Brush some sugar syrup on the cake to keep it moist.
*Spread a generous layer of CHOCOLATE GANACHE and decorate with chopped
white chocolate.
*Parle-g chocolate cake is ready.
