Maggi! A dish which is the best in the world. Though maggi is the
easiest of all, I tried making a fancy version of maggi…. Kheema Maggi. This
dish has tender spicy kheema with chunks of tomatoes. Try this recipe and let
me know now it turned out.
INGREDIENTS:
*Maggi- 2 pkts
*Onion- 1 (medium sized, finely chopped)
*Tomato- 1 (medium sized, finely chopped
*Chicken kheema- ½ cup
*Salt- to taste
*Red chilli powder- 1 ½ tsp
*Garam masala powder- a pinch
*Coriander leaves- 2 tbsp (chopped)
*Water- as required
*Oil- 2 tbsp
*Jeera- 1 tsp
PROCEDURE:
*Heat oil in a kadhai, add jeera and let it splutter.
*Now add kheema to it, and add salt to it.
*Let it cook on high flame till the chicken turns translucent.
*Now add chopped onions and tomatoes and cook till its mushy.
*Add water according to your preference if you
like dry or soupy maggi.
*I personally like dry maggi, so I don’t add lots of water.
*When the water starts to boil, add maggi cubes and cook them.
*Now sprinkle coriander leaves on it, after the maggi is 90% done
switch off the flame.
*Cover it and let it rest for about 5 mins.
*Kheema Maggi is ready. Serve hot.
