This is a very easy to make and assemble pudding. Perfect for these
summers, this pudding will make you drool by just it's thought. It requires
minimal ingredients and tastes fantastic. In this recipe, I have used
strawberry custard powder, you can use normal custard powder if that is what
you have. Try this and let me know how it turned out.
INGREDIENTS:
*Strawberry custard powder- 6 tbsp
*Milk- 2 cups
*Sugar- 4 tbsp
*Butter- 2 tbsp
PROCEDURE:
*In a large mixing bowl, add custard powder and some milk to create a
slurry.
*Heat the rest milk in a saucepan, when it comes to a boil, add sugar
and stir to dissolve.
*Now add the custard slurry and keep stirring continuously.
*Cook this mixture until it thickens to a pudding consistency.
*Now switch off the flame and add butter and mix well.
*Now transfer this pudding to a butter-greased bowl of your choice.
*Let it cool down and place it in the refrigerator for an hour.
*Now demould and garnish with some tutti frutti. Serve chilled.
