Iftar calls for cool, refreshing and nutritious juices and shakes.
Since summers are all about mangoes, Mango shake is simply mango and whole
milk. This mango shake recipe makes a delicious and creamy shake.
TIPS FOR MANGO SHAKE:
*Use ripe and sweet variety of mangoes, you can use any mango with
sweet and smooth pulp.
*You can use vanilla or mango icecream for a more creamier shake.
*I have used mango jam in the shake, it intensifies the mango flavor
and makes it taste amazing.
INGERDIENTS:
*Mangoes- 2 medium sized
*Vanilla ice cream- 2 scoops
*Mango jam- 2 tbsp
*Sugar- as required
*Milk- 1 cup
PROCEDURE:
*Wash and dry mangoes, peel and chop them. Discard the seed and put the
chopped mangoes in a blender jar.
*To this add the rest of the ingredients.
*Blend this until smooth for about 2 mins.
*Take care that there are no mango chunks in the milkshake.
*Taste it and add more sugar if required.
*Pour in large glasses and serve immediately.
*There you go, mango shake is ready.
