Mango Shake Recipe

 

Iftar calls for cool, refreshing and nutritious juices and shakes. Since summers are all about mangoes, Mango shake is simply mango and whole milk. This mango shake recipe makes a delicious and creamy shake.

 


TIPS FOR MANGO SHAKE:

*Use ripe and sweet variety of mangoes, you can use any mango with sweet and smooth pulp.

*You can use vanilla or mango icecream for a more creamier shake.

*I have used mango jam in the shake, it intensifies the mango flavor and makes it taste amazing.

 


INGERDIENTS:

*Mangoes- 2 medium sized

*Vanilla ice cream- 2 scoops

*Mango jam- 2 tbsp

*Sugar- as required

*Milk- 1 cup

 

PROCEDURE:

*Wash and dry mangoes, peel and chop them. Discard the seed and put the chopped mangoes in a blender jar.

*To this add the rest of the ingredients.

*Blend this until smooth for about 2 mins.

*Take care that there are no mango chunks in the milkshake.

*Taste it and add more sugar if required.

*Pour in large glasses and serve immediately.

*There you go, mango shake is ready.
