Easy to make cake with no flour, no eggs, no butter. This recipe is
sure to come handy for your chocolate cravings. This cake doesn’t require any
fancy ingredients and the result will make you go gaga over it. Try it and let

INGREDIENTS:
For the sponge:
*Any chocolate cream biscuits (I used oreo) – 2 big packets (120 gm
each)
*Powdered sugar- 3 tbsp
*Baking powder- 1 ½ tsp
*Vanilla essence- 1 tsp
*Milk- ½ cup (room temperature)
*Roughly crushed oreos- 5 or 6 cookies
For the cream:
*Oreo cream (removed from the biscuits)
*Cooking oil- 5 or 6 tsp
*Milk powder- 1 tbsp
*Cocoa powder- 2 tbsp
*Vanilla essence- 1 tsp
PROCEDURE:
*Separate the cream from the cookies and set aside.
*Now grind the cookies to a fine powder.
*In a large mixing bowl, sieve together cookie powder, powdered sugar
and baking powder.
*Now gradually add milk and mix using cut and fold method.
*Don’t overmix, mix only until all the flour pockets have disappeared.
*Now add cookie crumbs and give one final mix.
*Now pour this batter in a greased and lined tin.
*Bake this cake in a preheated kadhai for about 30- 35 mins on low
flame.
*Let the cake cool completely.
*Meanwhile, we can prepare the frosting.
*Take the cream which we separated from the cookies.
*Whisk, adding oil gradually.
*Don’t add milk to the cream as it will look curdled.
*Now add milk powder and cocoa powder.
*Whisk while adding oil to it.
*Silky smooth oreo frosting is ready.
*Spread the cream on the cake and decorate it your way.
*Cookies and cream cake is ready.
