Badam Chinagrass pudding

Badam Chinagrass pudding is an easy 10- minute dessert recipe for unexpected guests, but this dish looks royal enough to serve it on Eid. Flavoured pudding topped with chopped badam and cherries for the perfect crunch in the midst of the smooth pudding. Try this pudding recipe and let me know how it turned out.

INGREDIENTS:
*Milk- 500 ml
*Sugar- 3-4 tbsp (more or less according to your preference)
*Badam paste (made using soaked and peeled almonds- 25 nos, add a little water while blending and make a smooth paste)
*China grass powder- 2 tbsp
*Green food colour- 2 drops

For Garnishing:
*Chopped badam
*Sliced cherries
*Edible silver 
PROCEDURE:
*Add milk to a vessel, allow it to come to a boil.
*When it starts to boil, simmer it and add sugar and badam paste.
*Mix well and now add china grass powder and mix well.
*Keep stirring continuously until dissolved.
*Add food colour and mix well.
*Switch off the flame.
*Pour in trays or any mould of your choice.
*I have used trays to set them.
*Let it come to room temperature, the pudding might have set till now.
*Refrigerate for some time. You can even serve it without refrigeration.
*Cut out the pudding into squares.
*Sprinkle cherries, badam, and add silver balls. 
*Your badam chinagrass pudding is ready to be served.
