INGREDIENTS:
*Mango- 2 nos
You can use any variety according to your preference. Make sure that you don't use such variety that's thready, cause it disturbs. Most prefered variety is Totapuri, Malgova etc.
*Sugar- 2 tbsp
This depends on the sweetness of the mango you're using. So adjust accordingly.
*Elaichi powder- 1 pinch (Optional)
PROCEDURE:
*Wash thoroughly and soak mangoes for atleast 2 hrs.
*Peel and chop mangoes.
*Freeze mangoes for atleast 4-5 hrs.
*This step makes aamras thick and tasty.
*Blend frozen mangoes aling with rest of the ingredients.
*Blend it till smooth and fluffy.
*Aamras this chilled at this stage, you can serve it right away.
*Or you can even refrigerate and use later.
