PINEAPPLE KESARI BATH

Follow this recipe to get soft, flavourful, yummy kesari bath like you get in hotels.

Ingredients:
*Sooji/Rava -  1 ½ cup
*Sugar - 2 cup
*Pineapple – 1 small {peeled & chopped}
*Ghee – 2 table spoon
*Yellow food color – 1/4 tsp
 Cashew nuts – 7-8 {broken into small pieces}
* Raisins – 10-12
* Dalchini – 1” stick
*Green cardamom – 3 nos


Method:

* Boil 3 cups of water with food colour; keep aside.
* Heat Ghee; fry cashew nuts in it till light brown; remove & keep aside.
* Fry raisins in the same ghee, remove & keep aside.
* Now add dalchini & cardamom; fry for 2-3 seconds. Add sooji and stir slowly; stir continuously to avoid lumps; mix well.
*Allow to rest in a low flame for 2-3 mins.
*Meanwhile, take pineapple pieces; half of the pieces should be finely chopped & the other half should be made into puree.
*Now add sugar to sooji; mix well.
*After the sugar dissolves, add pineapple pieces& puree. Mix well. 
*Now add the dry fruits; mix again. Serve hot.
