ANDA BHURJI

 Indian style scrambled eggs. This is the easiest thing you can make in around 15 mis. A begginers recipe made with easy basic ingredients. Try this tasty recipe and let me know in the comments how it turned out.



INGREDIENTS:

*Eggs- 4 nos

*Onions- 2 nos (chopped)

*Turmeric powder- 1/4 tsp

*Salt- to taste

*Oil- 2 tbsp

*Green Chilies-3 nos (chopped)

*Coriander leaves- 1 tbsp (chopped)


PROCEDURE:

*Heat a kadhai and add onions to it. Remember, no oil only onions.

*Add salt to it and allow to soften.

*Take care that onions don't stick to the bottom.

*Keep stirring in intervals.

*This step usually takes 5-6 mins.

*When the  onions are soft, Add oil and mix well.



*Add green chilies and turmeric powder and mix well.

*Now break the eggs into it and slowly scramble the eggs on a low flame.

*Allow the eggs to cook fully and check for salt.

*Sprinkle coriander leaves and and give it a good mix.

*Your tasty Anda Bhurji is ready. Serve hot with parathas.
