A quick and easy breakfast, perfect for a lazy Sunday when you crave
something homemade yet tasty. This poha recipe is quick, tangy and so

INGREDIENTS:
*Thick poha- 1 cup
*Oil- 1 tbsp
*Mustard seeds- ¼ tsp
*Curry leaves- 1 sprig
*Onion- 1 (medium sized, sliced)
*Tomato- 1 (medium sized, finely chopped)
*Handful of peanuts
*Green chillies- 2-3 nos (chopped)
*Salt- to taste
*Jeera powder- ½ tsp
*Turmeric powder- ½ tsp
*Juice of 1 lemon
PROCEDURE:
*Wash poha well and soak for 2 mins.
*Drain the poha well in a colander.
*Heat oil in a kadhai, add mustard seeds to it.
*Allow it to crackle and add curry leaves and fry for 2-3 secs till
crispy.
*Now add peanuts and fry till the peel starts to crackle.
*Now add sliced onions and cook till translucent.
*Now add chopped tomatoes and salt.
*Cook for 2-3 mins.
*Now add turmeric powder, green chilies and jeera powder.
*Mix well and add poha and lemon juice and toss lightly.
*Let it cook for 5 mins on low flame.
