MUTTON PANEER FRIED RICE

 

A tasty and delicious fried rice recipe with chunks of mutton and paneer. The delectable blend of spicy flavors are sure to tease your taste buds. Try this traditional mutton fried rice recipe for an amazing and satisfying dinner.

 


INGREDIENTS:

*Cooked rice- 2 cups

*Cubed paneer- 1 cup

*Oil- 2 tbsp

*Chopped onion- 1 (medium sized, finely chopped)

*Finely chopped garlic- 10-12 cloves

*Frozen corn- ¼ cup

*Chopped capsicum- ¼ cup

*Salt- to taste

*Chilli flakes- 2 tsp

*Soya sauce- 2 tbsp

*Vinegar- 2 tbsp

*Red chili sauce- 2 tbsp

*Ketchup- 2 tbsp

 


For the Mutton:

*Thinly sliced mutton- 1 cup

*Salt- to taste

*Red chili powder- 1 tsp

*Ginger garlic paste- 1 tsp

*Jeera powder- 1 tsp

*Oil- 1 tbsp

 

PROCEDURE:

Mutton Prep:

*Marinate the mutton with the ingredients listed under it.

*Refrigerate it for about 10-15 mins.

*Heat a pan with some oil.

*Place the mutton slices on it.

*Fry the pieces till crispy.

*Remove from flame and shred it roughly.

*Set this aside.

 

The Fried Rice:

*Heat oil in a kadhai, add chopped garlic to it.

*Fry for some seconds and then add chopped onion.

*Fry till translucent.

*Add chopped capsicum and corn to it.

*Add salt to it and mix well.

*Let it cook for some time.

*Now add paneer pieces.

*Now add all the sauces and spices.

*Mix well.

*Now add the fried shredded mutton.

*Now add cooked rice and toss well to mix.

*Let it dum for some time on low flame.

*Alternatively, you can Microwave the fried rice for 5 mins after the mixing stage.

*Mutton Paneer Fried rice is ready, serve hot.
