*Now add salt, curd and water, mix well to a lump-free consistency.
*The batter should be neither be too thick nor too watery.
*Now add the rest of the ingredients, mix well.
*Set this aside for 5 mins.
*You will notice that the sooji has absorbed water and the batter has
thickened.
*Add some water to make the batter to the right consistency, the batter
should be a little thinner than the masala dosa batter.
*Heat an iron tawa, grease it with oil and and pour around a ladle full
of batter, spread the batter to a thin dosa.
*Apply some oil or ghee and let it get crisp.
*The dosa will actually come out easily, serve hot along with some Chutney.
*When making the next dosa, mix the batter well because the thick part
settles at the bottom, mix evenly to get a good batter and then use it.
*If the tawa is too hot, sprinkle a little water, grease it with oil
and then pour the batter.
