PANEER PIZZA USING READYMADE PIZZA BASE

INGREDIENTS:

*Readymade medium crust Pizza base- 2 nos

*Grated cheese- 2 cups

*Chilli flakes

*Pizza seasoning

 

For the veggies:

*Capsicum- ½ cup (chopped)

*Sweet corn- ¼ cup

*Onion- ½ cup (chopped)

*Salt- to taste

*Red chilli powder- ½ tsp

*Jeera powder- ¼ tsp

 

For the paneer:

*Paneer cubes- 1 cup

*Salt- to taste

*Red chilli powder- ½ tsp

*Turmeric powder- ¼ tsp

*Jeera powder- ¼ tsp

 

For the pizza sauce:

*Oil- 1 tbsp

*Chopped Garlic- 1 tbsp

*Tomato puree- 2 cups

*Salt- to taste

*Red chilli powder- 1 tsp

*Oregano- optional

*Jeera powder- ½ tsp

*Kasuri methi- ½ tsp

*Sugar- ½ tsp

 


 

PROCEDURE:

For the Veggies:

*In a large mixing bowl, add chopped and washed veggies.

*Add all the spices listed under veggies, mix well and set aside for 10 mins

*This step is optional, but this way the veggies are coated in the masala which makes them flavorful.

 

For the Paneer:

*Marinate the paneer cubes in the spices listed.

*Mix well and set aside for 10 mins.

 

Pizza Sauce:

*Heat oil in a kadhai, add chopped garlic.

*Saute until raw smell has gone.

*Now add tomato paste and salt.

*Cook on high flame and let it reduce to half.

*After the mixture has thickened, add the remaining spices and mix well.

*Check for seasoning and add salt or chilli if required.

*Switch off the falme and let it cool down.

The Assembly:

*Take a pizza base, apply a generous amount of sauce to it.

*Spread cheese on it such that it covers the entire pizza.

*Now place the marinated paneer and veggies.

*Sprinkle chili flakes and pizza seasoning.

*Microwave the Pizza on high power for 2 mins or until the cheese melts.

*Easy paneer pizza is ready, enjoy!
