An amazing yummy power packed food for the growing children and adults
alike. This Eid ul adha special recipe is a hit in my home. I personally don’t give
health supplements to my kids as they have side effects in the long run, I give
them this protein-rich broth along with roti. If you have fussy kids who don’t drink
such broths, you can strain this broth and use the broth to cook maggi or vegetables,
etc. Your kids will never know, it will definitely enhance the taste a lot. Try

INGREDIENTS:
*Mutton bones- 1 kg (soup bones)
*Onion- 4 nos (finely chopped)
*Ginger-garlic paste- 2 tbsp
*Salt- to taste
*Chopped coriander leaves- ½ cup
*Water- 2 ltrs
*Turmeric powder- 1 tsp
PROCEDURE:
*Heat water in a pressure cooker.
*Add washed bones and all the remaining ingredients.
*Give it a good mix and check for salt.
*Pressure cook for 12-13 whistles.
*Serve hot with Parathas.
