This lockdown season is the time to adjust with things we have, and
sweet cravings in such times can be difficult. But we’ve got you covered. We
bring to you vanilla funfetti cake using rusk, easy to make and made using
things easily available during this season. Try this season and let me know in

INGREDIENTS:
*Rusk biscuit powder- 1 ½ cup
*Sugar- 2 tbsp
*Baking powder- ½ tsp (substitute- ½ tsp eno)
*Milk- ¾ cup
*Rainbow sprinkles- 2 tbsp (optional)
For decoration:
*Whipped cream- ½ cup
*Sprinkles
*Tutti frutti
PROCEDURE:
*In a large mixing bowl, add biscuit powder, baking powder, sugar and
mix well.
*Now add milk, mix using cut and fold method until it reaches a smooth
consistency.
*Don’t overmix as you will end up with a dense cake.
*Now add the sprinkles and mix lightly.
*Pour the batter in a greased and lined tin. Tap to remove air bubbles.
*Bake this cake on low flame and let it bake for about 20-25 mins.
*Let it cool completely, remove it carefully on a plate.
*Moisten the cake with some sugar syrup.
*Spread some whipped cream on the cake, level up the sides the clean
the edges.
*Decorate the cake using sprinkles and tutti frutti or decorate it
according to your choice.
