EASY EGG GRAVY

INGREDIENTS:

*Boiled eggs- 6

*Oil- 1 tbsp

*Onion-1 {large, finely chopped}

*Tomatoes- 2 {finely chopped}

*Ginger garlic paste- 1 tsp

*Salt- to taste

*Black pepper powder- 1.5 tsp

*Garam masala powder- ¼ tsp

*Coriander leaves- 1 tbsp

 

PROCEDURE:

*Heat oil in a pan, add onions and cook till translucent.

*Now add ginger garlic paste and fry till the raw smell goes.

*Now add chopped tomatoes and cook till it turns mushy.

*Add salt and pepper powder, mix well.

*Add garam masala powder and mix well.

*Cut the boiled eggs into halves.

*Place the eggs in the gravy and let it simmer for 10 mins.

*Sprinkle coriander leaves and serve hot along with some jeera rice.
