A perfect dessert for this festive season. This dessert is easy to put
together, doesn’t require any fancy ingredients and best part is, it tastes amazing.

INGREDIENTS:
For the base:
*Digestive biscuits-12 nos (powdered)
*Butter- 2 tbsp
For the custard layer:
*Milk- 2 cups
*Custard powder- 4 tbsp
*Sugar- 4 tbsp
*Vanilla essence- 1 tsp
For the jelly layer:
*Flavored jelly crystals- 1 pkt (I used Weikfield mango jelly crystals)
*Water- as required
For decoration:
*Candied apricots- 2 (sliced)
*Mint leaves
PROCEDURE:
*In a large mixing bowl, take the biscuit powder.
*Now melt the butter in microwave for 30 secs.
*Pour the melted butter on the powdered biscuits. Mix well.
*Now put the mixture in a spring form mould and spread evenly. Make sure
to press and spread to avoid air bubbles.
*Refrigerate for 10 mins.
*Now let’s prepare the custard layer.
*Heat milk in a saucepan.
*Take a small bowl add custard powder and ¼ cup milk and mix until
custard dissolves.
*When the milk comes to a boil add the custard mixture,
*Keep stirring continuously to avoid lumps.
*Once the mixture thickens, add sugar and mix to dissolve.
*Switch off the flame and let it rest for 10 mins.
*Now pour the custard on the chilled base.
*Let it set and pop it in the refrigerator for about 10 mins.
*Now prepare the jelly mixture according to the package Instructions.
*Now pour the jelly mixture onto the custard layer.
*Pop it in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
*Remove it from the mould by loosening the sides.
*Cut into slices and serve chilled.
