RAW BANANA CUTLETS
INGREDIENTS:
*2 raw bananas- boiled, peeled, mashed
*2 medium sized potatoes- boiled, peeled, mashed
*1 tbsp coriander leaves- finely chopped
*1/4th cup grated carrot
*1 tbsp mint leaves- finely chopped
*3 tbsp rice flour
*3 tbsp besan flour
* Salt- as needed
*1 tbsp chilli flakes
*1 tsp jeera powder
*2 tsp chaat masala
For Coating:
*1 cup breadcrumbs
For Frying:
*1 tbsp oil
PROCEDURE:
*Take a large mixing bowl, add raw bananas and potatoes (boiled and
mashed)
*Now add peas and grated carrot.
*Now add all the dry spices.
*Then add mint leaves and coriander leaves.
*Mix well.
*Now add rice flour and besan and mix well.
*Now shape it into cutlets and coat it with breadcrumbs.
*Shallow fry on a medium flame, alternatively you can deep fry them.
But I personally prefer shallow fried cutlets as they are way more healthier.
*Paired with mint chutney and some ketchup makes for an excellent
