CHANA DAAL VADA {Fritters}
Ingredients:-
1.
Chana Daal – 2 cups (washed & soaked for 3 hours)
2.
Onion-2 No’s (finely chopped)
3.
Dill leaves- ½ cup (finely chopped)
4.
Coriander leaves - ½ cup (finely chopped)
5.
Green Chilies – 1 Tbsp (finely chopped)
6.
Salt to taste.
7.
Ginger & Garlic paste.

Method:-
Wash & Soak Daal for
minimum 3 hours; drain & grind coarsely, add salt while grinding. Adding
salt while grinding will ensure that salt spreads uniformly in Vada mixture;
Remove the mixture in a bowl. Add finely chopped onions, coriander leaves, dill
leaves, ginger garlic paste, green chilies; Mix well. Heat oil in a kadai; when
the oil is hot enough, shape vada’s & deep fry till Golden brown; Drain
& place on a kitchen towel to remove excess oil; Tastes best while hot.
