Chilli Garlic Maggi Recipe | Street-style Chilli Garlic Maggi Recipe

Maggi.. The ultimate comfort food of every Indian. I personally love maggi as a snack or even as a meal. This 2 minute goodness is perfect for your hunger pangs. We've seen people online trying out various maggi recipes, that's why I thought to try a spicy chilli garlic pasta recipe by using maggi. I've used a burnt chilli garlic version here. Chopped garlic is fried to perfection along with chilli flakes, chilli sauce and coriander leaves, later maggi is cooked in this spicy broth. Check out the recipe below and do try it out. INGREDIENTS:

  • Oil- 1 tbsp
  • Butter- 1 tbsp
  • Garlic cloves- 2 tbsp (finely chopped)
  • Chilli flakes- 1 tsp
  • Green chilli sauce- 1 tbsp
  • Maggi- 2 cubes
  • Maggi masala
  • Water- to cook the maggi

PROCEDURE:

  • Heat oil in a pan, add chopped garlic to it. Saute well for a min on medium flame.
  • Fry the garlic till it gets golden brown colour. Now add chilli flakes to it.
  • Saute for a min, make sure that you don't burn the garlic and chilli.
  • Now add water as required to cook maggi to it.
  • Now add chilli sauce, maggi masala and chopped coriander leaves to it.
  • Allow the water to come to a boil. Add the maggi cubes to it and let it cook.
  • Switch off the flame when the maggi is 80% cooked. Let it rest and cover it up.
  • Your delicious Chilli Garlic Maggi is ready. Serve it right away.
