A delicious and creamy lassi recipe which is underrated among people, but you'll love it once you try it. I was skeptical to try this lassi, but fell in love with it's taste. That's why I thought to make it in my Kitchen and share it's recipe here. Do try it out, I'm sure you'll love it.
Ingredients:
- Ripe Bananas- 2 nos
- Sweetened Curd- 2 cups
- Milk- 1/2 cup
- Sugar- 1 tbsp
- Cardamom powder- a pinch (optional)
Procedure:
- Take ripe bananas in a blender jar. Make sure to use ripe ones as they have a natural sweetness. Blend the bananas to a smooth paste.
- Now add sweetened curd to it. Another mistake some people make is adding ice cubes to the curd while blending, thsi will make the lassi watery. My tip here is to add chilled sweetened curd. This way your lassi will be chilled and thick too. Add milk, sugar and cardamom powder as well. Cardamom powder is optional, you can skip if you don't prefer.
- Blend all of it to a smooth consistency. Add more sugar if needed.
- Your Banana lassi is ready. Serve chilled. You can store it in the refrigerator until serving. Do try this recipe out.
