Creamy Cheese Dip | Cheese Sauce | Cheese dip

We all love the cheese dip that comes with Garlic bread sticks. So today I'll be sharing with you quick and easy Cheesy dip recipe that goes perfectly with fries, chips, garlic bread, or simply just spread it on a toast. Try this quick recipe and let me know in the comments how it turned out.

INGREDIENTS:

  • Butter- 2 tbsp
  • Maida- 2 tbsp
  • Milk- 2 cups
  • Salt- to taste
  • Black pepper powder- 1/2 tsp
  • Cheese slices- 3-4 nos OR Grated chesse- 1/2 cup

PROCEDURE:

  • Heat a kadhai, add butter to it and lower the flame.
  • Add maida toit and whisk continuously such that the maida is cooked evenly, take care that the maida shouldn't burn.
  • Gradually add milk to it, while stirring it continuously.
  • Make sure that there are no lumps in it.
  • Now add salt and black pepper powder to it and mix well.
  • The sauce should have thickened by now.
  • Add cheese to it and lower the flame.
  • Allow the cheese to melt slowly.
  • You can even add chopped herbs at this stage.
  • Delicious, creamy Cheese sauce is ready.
  • Serve hot along with chips or fries.
  • Tip: You can store this in the refrigerator for about 1-2 weeks. Reheat it for 30 secs before serving as it tastes best when warm.
