A fusion of two of my favorite foods , cheese and roti to bring to you Cheese paratha. A crispy yet flaky paratha with a mildly spiced cheese filling oozing out is just heavenly. I've used cheese slice here, you can add more cheese slices for a cheesier paratha or even add grated cheese to it. The varieties to this dish are endless. Hope you like it.
