INGREDIENTS:
For the Rajma Filling:
*Boiled rajma- 1 cup
*Salt- to taste
*Red chilli powder- 1 tsp
*Jeera powder- 1 tsp
*Tamarind chutney- 2 tbsp
*Green chutney- 1 tbsp
*Chopped cucumber- 1/2 cup
*Chopped coriander leaves- 2 tbsp
*Juice of 1 lemon
*Nippat- 10-12 nos
For Decoration:
*Sev
PROCEDURE:
*Take a large mixing bowl, add all the ingredients except sev and nippat.
*Mix well and taste it, add more spice and salt if required.
*Keep the nippat and filling ready, and add it to nippat just before serving or else the nippat will turn soggy.
*Just before serving place a spoonful of the filling on each nippat, sprinkle sev on it.
