INGREDIENTS:
*Lamb soup bones- 500 gms
*Water- 2 ltrs
*Ginger-garlic paste- 2 tbsp
*Coriander leaves- 1/2 cup
*Onion- 2 nos (large, chopped)
*Salt- 1 tsp (more or less according to your taste)
*Turmeric powder- 1 tsp
PROCEDURE:
*Take a large bowl, soak bones in it for 5 mins.
*Wash it thoroughly and let it drain in a colander.
*Add all the ingredients along with the bones in a pressure cooker.
*Pressure cook for 10-12 whistles, then simmer it for 15 mins.
*Allow the pressure to release naturally.
*Check for salt and add more salt if required.
*Check if done, or else pressure cook for another 2-3 whistles.
