INGREDIENTS:
*Rajma- 150 gms
*Cucumber- 1 1/2 cup (cut into cubes)
*Mint leaves- 1/2 cup (finely chopped)
*Salt- to taste
*Black pepper powder- 1 tsp
*Jeera powder- 1/2 tsp
*Chaat masala- 1 tsp
*Juice of 1 lemon
PROCEDURE:
*Wash rajma thoroughly and soak it in clean water overnight.
*Next day, add the soaked rajma along with the water and some salt to a pressure cooker.
*Pressure cook for 3-4 whistles.
*Allow the pressure to release naturally.
*Check the rajma if it's done or cook it for another 2 whistles.
*Drain off the stock from it.
*Down discard the water, it's highly nutritious.
*You can use it while cooking some dal or sabzis.
*In a large mixing bowl, add boiled rajma to it.
*Add rest of the ingredients in the bowl.
*Mix gently and check for seasoning.
*Add some salt and spice if required according to your pallete.
*Your Rajma cucumber salad is ready.
