Mango Rose Pudding Cups

Summers are still ruling our places, and so are mangoes ruling our hearts. We present to you Creamy Mango Rose Pudding Cups. Creamy, mangoey yet light pudding topped with fresh mango Rose to give you the best dessert this Summers. Try this recipe and let me know in the comments how it turned out.

INGREDIENTS:
*Mango- 1 cup (Peeled and chopped)
*Sugar - 3 tbsp
*Milk- 1/2 cup
*Mango tang- 2 tbsp
*Lemon Tang- 1 tbsp
*Cornflour- 2 tbsp (dissolved in 1/4 cup water)
*Mango- 1 no (For Rose)

INGREDIENTS:
*Add Mango, sugar, milk, and both the tang powders to a blender jar.
*Blend until smooth and light. This usually takes only 2 mins.
*Pour this mixture to a saucepan, add the cornflour slurry to it and mix well.
*Switch on the flame and cook while stirring continuously.
*After 5-7 mins of cooking you'll notice that the mixture has thickened.
*Switch off the flame and let it cool for 2 mins.
*Now pour in any cups of your choice and let it cool.
*Refrigerate the pudding for atleast 2 hrs.

For the Rose:
*Take a Peeled mango.
*Slice it into wafer-thin slices.
*Place it in layers on a plate and roll it.
*Place it on the pudding and adjust accordingly.
*There you go, Mango Rose Pudding Cups are ready.
