Paneer Capsicum Bhurji

When you're too lazy to cook but want to eat something satisfying and filling. We bring to you easy to prepare, protein-rich tasty paneer capsicum bhurji. It tastes great with both roti and rice, this is an excellent side-dish. Try this nutritious dish and your fussy kids are sure to love it.

INGREDIENTS:
*Paneer- 200 gms 
*Capsicum- 2 nos (chopped)
*Spring onion- 1 cup
*Onion- 1 cup (sliced)
*Oil- 1 tbsp
*Zeera- 1/2 tsp
*Tomato ketchup- 1 tbsp
*Red chilli powder- 1/2 tsp
*Black pepper- 1/2 tsp
*Garam Masala- 1/2 tsp
*Zeera powder- 1/2 tsp
*Salt- to taste
PROCEDURE:
*Take paneer and crumble it coarsely.
*I've used crumbled paneer for better texture, you can use diced paneer too.
*Keep it aside.
*Heat oil in a pan, add zeera and let it crackle.
*Add sliced onion and fry for a min.
*Now add capsicum and salt, and saute until soft.
*Now add spring onion and saute for 2 min.
*Add all the dry spices and ketchup.
*Saute well and check for seasoning.
*Add more salt and spices if required.
*Now add crumbled paneer and give a gentle stir.
*Remove from flame and serve hot along with roti or rice.
