INGREDIENTS:
*Milk- 1 cup
*Cocoa powder- 3 tbsp
*Chopped milk chocolate- 3 tbsp
*Sugar- 3 tbsp
*Vanilla essence- 1 tsp
*Cornflour- 3 tbsp
PROCEDURE:
*Heat milk in a saucepan.
*Add sugar and vanilla. Mix well.
*Now dissolve cocoa powder and cprnflour in some milk.
*Simmer the milk and gently add the cocoa-cornflour mixture to the milk while stirring continuously.
*You'll notice that it has started to thicken.
*Now add chopped chocolate and mix well.
*Switch off the flame.
*Pour the mixture in moulds.
*Refrigerate the pudding for better taste.
*Demould and decorate as you wish.
