Chicken Lollipops

Taking our Eid-special series forward, We bring to you Eid-special starter recipe, Chicken Lollipop recipe. Try this starter recipe and let me know in the comments how it turned out.
INGREDIENTS:
*Boneless chicken pieces- 200 gms
*Boiled and mashed potatoes- 2 nos
*Salt- to taste
*Green chilli flakes- 2 tsp
*Black pepper powder- 1 tsp
*Chaat masala- 1 tsp
*Chopped onion- 1/2 cup
*Chopped coriander leaves- 1 tbsp
*Jeera powder- 1 tsp
*Bread crumbs- 1/2 cup
*For coating: Crushed maggi- 1 cup
*Icecream sticks
PROCEDURE:
*Take a mixer jar, add chicken pieces, salt, chilli flakes, pepper, chaat masala, jeera powder and pulse it for 1 min.
*Take care that it should be coarse and not smooth. 
*Remove it in a bowl and add the rest of the ingredients except maggi crumbs.
*Mix well and let it rest for about 10 mins.
*Now take a portion of the mixture and shape it into logs around the sticks.
*You can freeze the lollipops at this stage and it stays fresh in deep freezer for 2-3 weeks.
*Heat oil in a kadhai.
*Coat the lollipops in maggi crumbs evenly, make sure to dust off the excess.
*Drop in hot oil and fry till light golden.
*Remove it in Tissue-lined plates.
*Serve hot along with ketchup.
